We are committed to selling excellent quality products. However in the event whereby you need to exchange or return your purchase you can do so by returning your purchase to the address below within 14 days of receipt.

Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or a replacement. With regards to any personalised or made to order goods that we offer unfortunately unless these items are faulty we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed by us in the event where you choose to send it back to us via An post or alternatively you can contact us on 01 458 8148 or lena@advancedservices.ie to make alternative arrangements.
